Donald Cowper PictureDonald Cowper is the founder of Cowper Solutions. He is the coauthor of the international bestselling books Mega-Selling and The 8 Best Practices of High-Performing Salespeople (rated the #1 Bestselling Business Book in Canada by National Post after its initial publication), and codeveloper of The 8 Best Practices of High-Performing Advisors Program, which has been licensed throughout the world and taught to tens of thousands of managers and sales professionals.

From 1997-2006, he was a principal and VP Marketing at The Covenant Group, which specializes in practice development solutions for the financial services industry.

Prior to joining The Covenant Group, Donald worked in publishing and on-line content development and before that ran an independent insurance brokerage company, specializing in business insurance.
